Lunch is so great






I would, however, like to point out that the ash on the goats cheese was not ash at all, but crushed black sesame! Isn't that the best idea ever? And while J was eating the second fish course, Russeth and I were eating lamb breast. Please see above. I didn't know that lambs had breasts but I'm glad that the chef at the Estelle knew.
