Winter is coming

Don't think I haven't
Noticed you, Winter. You, and
Your friends, wind and rain.

What did you do with
The sun, Winterboy? With the 
Leaves and with the birds? 

III
Homeostasis 
Is so much harder when you are
Are around. I find

IV
You're just so goddamned
Inhospitable, Winter. 
Get hospitable!

    I love winter. IT'S EXCITING! And staying home when it's cold is really nice. Staying home when it's 40 degrees outside is horrible. I LOVE WINTER! But by September I'll probably hate it. SEE YOU IN HOBART!!!!

      Winter definitely has some charms. But I have not dressed appropriately for the weather the last few days and so the haiku muse was all 'winter blows!' and I was all 'you're telling me!'. But Hobart is going to rule!
