My boss just told me that she has a friend who works at Bosch, and they have a policy that no meeting - NO MEETING EVER - can exceed 40 minutes. Once the 40 minutes are up, employees are contractually obliged to get up and leave the room. OK, well that last bit I made up, but how AWESOME is that!?
ReplyDeleteSmart thinking Bosch. You know, I just bought a Bosch washing machine. If I had known about their awesome meeting policy before, I would have bought it even harder.
