Remember that time we went to Lune Croissanterie (Ugh, just writing the word croissanterie annoys me) to see whether they were worth the hype? I would include the link here if the blogger site would let me on this device but of course it doesn't. Suffice to say: we concluded that Lune croissants are not all that and a bag of chips. Further, we concluded that it would be worthwhile trying more croissants to confirm this view and perhaps even find a croissant that is actually worth queuing for. You know, for science!
Our experiment involved a few cafes and some home baked numbers by Jen. All were easily as good as Lune. Easily. Two were quite a bit better.
One stood head and shoulders above the rest. Today, we revisit that croissant just to be sure. Tune in this arvo for the big reveal.
